Dave quickly scheduled time to complete my survey, arrived when he said he would (during a snow storm) and promptly responded to any questions. He was very thorough with his measurements, location of structures and elevations. He provided a very extensive survey in electronic format and hard copy. David recently surveyed 30 acres that I had purchased in the Interlochen area. The property was undeveloped woodland with a large swamp running through it and I needed additional markers in some pretty tough areas. Dave Holmberg was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am so very happy we found him!
